1. Can I choose whichever body shop I prefer or must I go to the one my insurance company recommends?

Your insurance company may offer referrals, however you are under no obligation to use that body shop. You have the right to choose whichever body shop you prefer.

2. Do I need to get three estimates?

No. We recommend you contact your insurance company of an accident. Your insurance company may require that their insurance adjuster inspect the damage. Get a copy of the insurance adjuster’s estimate and take it with you to the body shop of your choice.

3. Can you work on my truck?

Custom Fleet & Auto Body can repair all makes and models of cars and trucks. We can also provide body work and paint on motor homes, trailers, box trucks, semi-trucks and buses.

4. Can I get a rental car?

We will arrange for you to have a rental car during the period your car is being fixed. If you do not have rental car coverage within your insurance policy, we can arrange for a discounted rate.

5. Is there a warranty on repairs?

Custom Fleet & Auto Body offers a lifetime warranty on repairs as long as you own the vehicle.

6. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, as well as cash and local checks with proper identification.
